Catered Event - Hannah

Hannah got in touch with us as she was planning a surprise dinner to celebrate both her parent’s 70th and her brother’s 40th birthdays.

Her dietary requirements for her 7 guests were ‘nothing too fussy’ and to cater for one coeliac.

Below is the menu she chose and we happily prepared:

Canapés:

- Chicken, spring onion & sesame skewers

- Rare roast beef, Yorkie (GF), horseradish & watercress 

- Heritage tomato bruschetta

Starters:

- Chicken liver & Pedro Ximenez parfait, fruit compote & brioche

- Home-smoked salmon pastrami, Irish soda crouton, marinated fennel 

Main:

- Saddle of venison, potato fondant, port-braised cabbage, peppercorn sauce

- Duo of West Country lamb, Niçoise terrine, confit egg yolk, cumin jus (1 x no olives)

- Extra seasonal vegetables for the table

Dessert:

- White Swan cream tea

- Braeburn apple tarte tatin, clotted cream
