Catered Event - David
David and his wife were planning a dinner party in their garden, for 8 of their closest friends.
Here is the menu they decided upon:
Bread: Sweet potato roll, miso butter
Starter: Seared Orkney scallops, apple braised pancetta, celeriac remoulade
Main: Rotisserie Wagyu rib-eye, tabbouleh, grilled broccoli, anchovy + black garlic emulsion, smoked cherry tomatoes + Portobello mushroom
Desserts: BBQ apple crumble + custard and Honey + whiskey tart, yoghurt mousse
Cheese Course: Cheese On The Green trio, poppy seed crackers, house chutney + grapes
